Please join me in welcoming rubber rings to the Spiderchain family. These are the rubber rings developed by Blue Buddha Boutique, and now that B3 is closing? The rubber rings needed a new home. I hope they’ll feel very welcome here!
These brightly colored rings give a fun twist to chainmail. You can make stretchy jewelry that requires no clasp. You can fold and squish rubber rings in a way that metal would never tolerate. You can also use them purely for the splash of playful color!
Rubber rings come in six sizes and a wide array of colors. Please note, however, that it will be a long time (months!) before all the sizes are available in all the colors. Once the dust settles from the transition, I’ll put together a chart with my best guesses for when certain size/color combinations are likely to be available.
Just for reassurance: I will continue to carry all the sizes and colors that were available at Blue Buddha Boutique. I’ve received several worried emails about this and I want to let everyone know that your favorite rubber ring sizes is completely safe! *smile*
Happy (stretchy) chainmailling!
