This quick little project appears on page 36 of the 2010 Wirework magazine. There are several variations listed in the magazine, but in the interest of sanity (mine!) I’m offering just two versions – sterling silver and goldfill. If you’d like to branch out into niobium, the sizes to get are 6:20nb and 8:20nb.
The kits come with enough chain to make an 18″ necklace – trim it to your desired length. This is a very dainty project and well suited to child-size necklaces – perfect for the princess or fairy queen in your life! (Modeled by my local fairy queen with garnet and pink topaz drops.)
The kits do not include beads. Decorate and embellish as you see fit!
