| I get many inquiries about the tools that I use. I'm going to make some attempt here to show and describe what I get asked about most, and if you want to see something that I haven't listed, just send me email. | |||

Ring Organization |
| My beloved Lindstrom pliers. They come to an extremely fine point, which I find very useful for the tighter weaves. The jaws are a bit longer than some micromaillers like, but I hold them in such a way that it's not a problem for me. Rio carries these - I highly recommend them. | Altoids tins and card boxes. They fit perfectly and are easy to come by. The only problem I have is with the 2.5mm and smaller rings trying to "escape" through the hinges. A small ziplock bag solves that problem handily. | ||

All Metal Saw |
| I use this saw for cutting all my silver and gold rings. The blade housing fits over the coil holder. | A new acquisition, used for cutting stainless steel, titanium, and niobium. The coil feeds into the left-hand side. I'm still getting the hang of it - quite a bit slower than the regular saw. | ||

Anodizer |
| I use no media for polishing my rings - just the rings themselves rubbing together with perhaps a little dish soap in the water to cut oils. Twenty minutes is usually plenty to restore the shine to a dull piece or to wash cutting lubricant off of new rings. | My favorite new toy! This is what I use to anodize titanium and niobium rings. I'm not yet ready to offer the full range of sizes and colors, but hopefully I'll work out the technical glitches soon. | ||
